The Japanese Journal of Religious Studies, published by the Nanzan Institute for Religion and Culture, hired me to redesign the cover of their biannual journal of research on religion in Japan. The design shown here was not the client’s selected choice but was my preferred option because of its simple and clean layout and color scheme.
