CQ Press, an imprint of SAGE, was a leading publisher of books, reference content, periodicals, and digital products on American government, public policy, and international affairs. Known for its objectivity and breadth and depth of coverage, CQ Press consistently ranks among the top academic and professional publishers for its high-quality content and scholarship. I designed numerous books for them, including college textbooks. For Freedom in America I used 19th-Century line art to reference the thinkers that author William Ker Muir discusses in his book, while for Politics in Russia I stood the book title on its side to emphasize the loud if unsettled current political climate in Russia.
